WHAT IS ANIMAL FLOW®?

Animal Flow is a structured series of animal-style bodyweight fitness program with elements from various bodyweight training disciplines like parkour, calisthenics, gymnastics, breakfasted, MMA, etc, to create a fun, challenging, multi-planar workout.

It challenges the body through multiple planes of movement and is a great compliment to barbell work and explosive power athletes (runners, jumpers, Oly lifters, martial arts, etc).

By reconnecting to their bodies through movement training, Animal Flow® enthusiasts gain a better understanding of their bodies while enjoying increased mobility, flexibility, stability, power, endurance, skill and neuromuscular communication.

ABOUT INSTRUCTOR VIENNA  

VIENNA STARTED HER FITNESS JOURNEY SOMEWHERE AROUND 2014 WHEN SHE DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO GET FITTER AND STRONGER, ESPECIALLY WHEN SHE STARTED THE PLANT-BASED DIET IN 2013.

She wanted people to know that even on a plant-based diet, one can also be as strong and fit, and can be  sustainable.

People soon saw the enthusiasm in her, and started to seek advises on fitness. Her passion soon led her to pursue a Personal Trainer Certification so she could teach and advise people more professionally.
 

Then, she discovered Animal Flow. She was immediately attracted to the beauty of this unique bodyweight movement flow, which is another level of challenge that gets you moving in all planes of motions with just your body.

Now, she’s spreading her love for Animal Flow program to help people learn and understand there’s so much we can do with just our powerful body and gain so much out of it!
